Over the last 4 years, Justin excelled as Sous Chef enhancing his culinary expertise while working under the seasoned guidance of Executive Chef Joseph Merkling. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry have made him an invaluable asset to the team.  He is known for his innovative culinary creations and attention to detail. He brings a fresh perspective & passion for quality to the kitchen. His creativity and dedication have earned him this well-deserved promotion.
